How these Service Lines Work Together
A typical engagement begins with a Residential Intelligence & Risk Review commissioned through the listing agent before close. The review produces the protective intelligence picture for the property and the principal, and a recommended hardening pathway. From that pathway, the principal moves into the appropriate continuous service line. Vacant Estate Protection covers the gap between close and move-in. Once the principal is in residence, the engagement moves to a continuous residential security architecture, with periodic intelligence updates against the corridor’s evolving picture.
Where the principal is themselves a high-visibility figure in the real estate market, Executive Realtor Protection is layered into the engagement. Luxury Open House Protection runs against any property the principal lists during the engagement, and against the listings carried by the brokerage that introduced us to the principal in the first place. The relationship compounds across the residential lifecycle. The engagement is infrastructure, not a transaction.
