Black Card Circles of Protection™ was founded by El Qu Z. Bey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. The firm is a management consulting, strategic advisory, and professional development Lifestyle Protection Infrastructure firm.

El Qu is a high-ranking black belt and hand-to-hand combat specialist, a protégé of Mr. Tommy Chavies, himself a protégé of Mr. Ed Parker, founder of American Kenpo. The firm was built around relationships El Qu held first, then formalized as protective infrastructure for those clients.

El Qu also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Triton Protection Agency, a California-licensed Private Patrol Operator, which sits within the firm's network as a trusted operating partner.
